OUR APPROACH
It is our commitment to advise and guide you on your foreign communication strategies as well as helping you to implement these strategies with success in the best and appropriate possible manner. Therefore, a successful result will be based on communication, mutual understanding and trust which also means:
a) Getting to know one another
Because we believe it is vital in any on-going professional relationship to know and understand each other's business and philosophy.
b) Identifying goals and audiences and helping you to understand what we can and what we cannot do for you
We will make sure that your foreign P.R. strategy and communication will be accurately understood where and by whom it needs to be understood. However, our service only covers the quality of your message, not any fundamental or internal criteria involving your product or service.
c) Planning and budgeting the work program
Before starting we think it is important to know exactly the time and financial deadlines involved in the implementation of the work and objectives. Before proceeding, we will obtain your approval on plans, budgets or rates.
d) Being there
Working on international level, our business is a 7-days-24-hours service. We are available for consultation or action at any time wherever it is necessary. It is our job to be realistic, not yours to worry.
e) A Quality responding to your expectation
Our team is composed of 4 permanent and about 80 contracted professionals. These people have been chosen because of their extensive experience in various fields such as economics, marketing, advertising, export, public relations or their language expertise on subjects such as science, medicine, legislation, telecommunication, engineering and other sciences. All of them have achieved in their domains the best standards and degrees of accomplishment possible. Most of our linguists hold Ph.D or various language diplomas from European and Asian Universities. These language professionals are accredited by NAATI or other foreign linguistic organisations and are bound by a strict professional code of ethics. Therefore, we guarantee the quality of our service and production and are proud to deliver at all time the highest international professional standards.
f) Confidentiality
Before starting to work with you, we will always let you know the names of our clients who could in any way be in competition with your services or products. In completing your work, some important information, names or figures may sometimes become known to us. However, we consider ethically important never to reveal such information to anyone. A Secrecy Agreement will also guarantee that the subjects to be translated or interpreted, their contents and any commercial information involving our customers and their clients will remain strictly confidential at all time. Without a high level of trust between both parties, providing the services we can offer would not be possible.
g) Deadlines
We are known to have the technical capacity to guarantee that all reasonable deadlines (including very short deadlines) imposed by our clients are always met (unless acts independent from our will and doing may interfere during the course of the service). However, we may sometimes refuse a contract carrying any deadline that could prevent us to deliver our usual standard of quality.

i) Production
Because we run our business efficiently, our production capacity has also increased significantly over the past 4 years. We are now able to handle translations up to 35 000 words per week and per language for most French, German and Spanish documents of high technicality level and this without loosing quality or increasing dramatically your costs

Our client list covers a wide range of companies, government departments and non-commercial organisations in New Zealand but also in Asia, Europe and in the South Pacific.
These clients for whom we handle foreign communication programs on a regular basis, include some of New Zealand's and international largest organisations, listed companies and multinational firms such as the New Zealand Government or the Government of French Polynesia, The East-West Center (United Nation Development Program), Telecom New Zealand, Fisher & Paykel, Fletcher, Motorola, Westpac Banking Corporation, Air New Zealand, Air Liquide, Nestlé, etc. For some obvious reasons we will not publish the list of our clients in this web site. However, subject to a Secrecy Agreement, a list of our major achievements and other main clients (including their references), may be obtained following your request in writing.
