The languages set in capital prints are those for which all our services are available. PRICING POLICY

A free quote is always provided for any translation service. This quote will show the following details: A description of the document, an approximate amount of words, the expected time of delivery, a translation rate on a per word basis and when applicable an hourly rate for layout and editing. Any additional service that may be contracted outside will also carry a separate pricing.
For large projects, we may sometimes require a sum to be deposited into our lawyer's trust account. With your approval, this sum will be cashed only after partial or total completion of the job.


OUR RATES

A list of our rates is available on request. However any "exported" service outside of New Zealand will be subject to currency fluctuation and current exchange rates. The New Zealand Dollar being at the moment at 49% of the US$, translation services may appear cheaper from any country located in the US$ zone.

Our translation rates are subject to modification depending on the length and technicality of the subject to be interpreted, as well as the inherent deadlines involved. As an indication, these may vary from US$7.00 to US$15 per hundred words.

Our prices are generally given in the following currencies:
US Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, European Ecu, French Franc. French Pacific Franc.


However for long, regular or specific projects, as well as for our other services, our charges are usually by arrangement with the client.
Because we run our business efficiently, we manage to keep our rates somewhat far below the industry average, for what we believe is a superior service.
